Pantelia Suites - Fira (Santorini)

The views from my room were amazing, especially during sunset. The balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast, which they customized for me every day. Service exceeded my expectations. George and the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. They helped book taxi rides and provided tips for local attractions. The location is excellent, just a short walk into town without the crowds. The only downside was the bathroom ventilation. It often felt damp and could use better airflow. There were a few plumbing issues that needed addressing, but overall it didn't detract much from my experience. I felt welcomed and cherished throughout my visit.

The units were well-equipped and nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms. Helpful and top-class staff, they know their business.

The hotel staff were perfect, by which I mean they attended to every one of our needs perfectly. They were the right balance of friendly, attentive and helpful but not overbearing. The property is beautiful, perfectly maintained and nestled into the upper part of the cliffs above the old port. Views are the best I've ever had. This is a special place.

Pantelia Suites is one of those rare locations whose online photos not only meet but actually exceed real-life expectations. This location really is as good as its photos suggest. The location is central (a 50 metre walk into the main shopping and dining district) but set in a truly quiet side street. The loudest noises we heard during our stay were occassional footsteps from locals walking home and the fog horns of departing cruise ships in the distance. Pantelia Suites is immaculately maintained, offers exceptional facilities and service with a genuine welcoming smile. Every glowing review you read about this place is well deserved. I'd stay here again in a heart-beat. It really is your postcard perfect holiday destination on Santorini.

The hot water tank in our room wasn't large so daily showers had to be kept relatively short.

The suite was fantastic! Super spacious and comfy, way bigger than I expected. I loved having my own private balcony with those amazing views of the caldera. The bed was really cozy, perfect for a restful night after exploring. The decor had that charming Greek vibe with all the modern touches. It was super quiet too, which I appreciated.

We really enjoyed stunning rooms and appetising food.

The pool was great, the breakfast was awesome.

our rooms are room no 1&2, 180 euros a room a day,with a big blancony, but somehow a big tree stands beside the blancony, which make the sea view not as good as we expected.

Request room service to enjoy breakfast on your terrace while watching the sunrise. It's amazing and a wonderful way to start your day.

I had awesome days staying at this small hotel. Located in the nice enough zone, it was a nice comfy base for one night. The a double room I got was fabulous. The bathroom was good but it worked for my 1 day stay. The folks working here were fantastic.

The overall experience we had at this lovely hotel made the remainder of our trip most enjoyable. Location was perfect! Hotel was in the heart of Fira, next to restaurants and shops but it was tucked away and hidden so it was extremely private, quiet, and peaceful..we didn't hear one noise! Views of the Caldera were amazing! My wife loved the fact that she could easily go back and forth to the room to shower, change or use the clean bathroom. Level of service exceeded our expectations, Michelos (sp?) was such a gentleman, and he treated us like we were the only guests; We felt like we were staying at a private b&B. The room was spacious, immaculate, and bed was very comfortable, it was nice to finally be able to get a good night's sleep! Bathroom was huge with a large tub/shower, what a treat compared to other hotels in Greece and the islands. We are very picky people and we can't think of anything to complain about. I think this hotel is very well priced! We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

This place is stunning and worth every penny. We had such a great time and really loved the views from our gorgeous room. Vangelis is a great host and he will answer any questions you might have. We really appreciated all his advice and help. We would love to come back to Fira again and will definitely stay at Pantelia Suites. Nothing beats a delicious breakfast served on your private balcony. Simply the best trip and a wonderful hotel. It is a great location and we were thrilled we did not have to lug our bags down the steps of the town. It is a great location, easy to find, quite and yet 1 minute away from all that Fira has to offer.

Nothing. This place was absolutely perfect. They welcome you with wine and fruit, and are simply lovely.
