Service exceeded my expectations. George and the staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about my needs. They helped book taxi rides and provided tips for local attractions. The location is excellent, just a short walk into town without the crowds. The only downside was the bathroom ventilation. it often felt damp and could use better airflow. There were a few plumbing issues during my stay that needed addressing, but overall it didn’t detract much from my experience. I felt welcomed and cherished throughout my visit.

So we stayed in a Suite with Caldera View it was pure bliss waking up to the sunrise with the smell of fresh coffee on the terrace. The breakfast was served right there every morning with a killer view it just made everything feel like a dream, trust me, you haven’t truly lived until you’ve had eggs and bacon overlooking a caldera.

It wasn’t exactly pocket change but given what you get, well worth it.
